A LORRY belonging to a charity in Bordon has been stolen from outside its warehouse.
The theft took place in the early hours of Monday morning (December 2), at around 4.30am, according to Furniture Helpline.
David George, manager at the furniture charity, told the Herald that although the theft was captured by CCTV cameras, faces and vehicle registration numbers could not be read.
The theft resulted in the charity having to “turn down a number of donations” on Monday morning, but they have since hired a lorry as they “cannot stop because of the high demand”.
Police confirmed the white Ford Luton van was taken “between 4.05am and 8.30am”. Anyone with information should call 101, quoting 44190432744.
