FARNHAM artist Charles Bone has been working on a large painting of Waverley Abbey, which will form the background section of the Seale Rose Garden display at the forthcoming RHS Exhibition at Hampton Court from July 2 to 8.

Charles is a former president of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and is currently president of the Farnham Public Art Trust. During his involvement with Seale Rose Garden (near to Farnham) they have, so far, been awarded 10 medals.
