A SCHOOL in Badshot Lea has received a donation from house-builder Bellway to help fund their annual charity Easter egg trail.
Bellway, which is building new homes at Little Acres, Badshot Lea Road, presented Badshot Lea Village Infant School with a cheque for £500, which will go towards the cost of Easter eggs at the event on Saturday.
Money raised at the event, which starts at 9.30am, will go towards Chloe’s and Sophie’s Special Ears Fund (CSSEF) – a charity which aims to brighten the lives of deaf children.
Headteacher Gemma Ball said they are “pleased” Bellway is supporting the event, adding it is “fantastic we can help CSSEF to continue their hard work”.
They are “really looking forward to getting the community together to help this cause”.
