A spate of antisocial behaviour in Farnham town centre has led to renewed calls for more policing in the area.
Unruly youths in Brightwells have been accused by residents of aggressively approaching people and making inappropriate comments.
The Herald has previously reported on increased graffiti in the area with Farnham Town Council revealing that £9,846 has been spent so far this year on its removal - well up on the previous year's figure of £8,527.
The Farnham in Bloom bathtub from the Union Road and Longbridge junction crossing was also recently dumped in Gostrey Meadow’s bandstand after being removed and damaged by mindless vandals.
Calls for a new police station have been the talk of the town after Farnham station closed in 2012 alongside Haslemere.
The increase in antisocial behaviour in recent months has only added to resident calls for Surrey Police to reopen a station in the town.
