PLANS for major changes at Bordon's Chase Community Hospital will be examined at the next Community Forum.

Liphook GP Barbara Rushton, chairman of the NHS South Eastern Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group, as well as other senior members, will attend the meeting in Lindford to discuss the plans.

The NHS is committed to transforming Chase hospital and increasing the number of NHS services provided from the site.
