ALTON School honoured the fallen with a Remembrance Service at the school and a special trip for some young pupils.
The service on Armistice Day was led by the Combined Cadet Force, choir and Year 11 vocal group.
A spokesperson said: “After a remote service last year, it was a very special occasion for everyone to come together as a community and a moving tribute to all those who have served and sacrificed for their country.”
On Monday, the Year 2 pupils and their teacher Lauren Clarke visited The Cairn War Memorial to lay their hand-made wreath and hold a short service.
