The artwork of royal favourite Alison Molan is on exhibition in the cafe at the Farnham Maltings.
It’s the first time all 19 of her pieces have been on display together and they are at the Maltings until Friday, May 24.
Through her business Pup Goes The Easel, Alison paints portraits of beloved pooches with bold colours. She began the business after painting an artwork of her own dog Parker in a style in homage to Frida Kahlo.
The Herald previously reported on Alison when she received a thank you letter from Queen Camilla last year. Alison had sent the Queen a ‘Charlie’ print tea towel and card in the lead up to the coronation.
Alison said: “The Puppy Love exhibition is a homage to the pups we love and I am excited to be able to present these prints. I want to bring joy to people’s lives and I know that these prints will make people smile.
“I have always been creative but until 2022, I only created work for myself or for family and friends. I am totally self-taught and have developed my own style through trial and error!
“It was amazing to be recognised by the Queen and I was thrilled to have a reply.”
The prints are available to purchase from the Maltings box office and unframed prints in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1 are available on request.
Alison’s artwork is also available as luxury cards and gifts including personalised pup ID tags.
How puppily adorable!
