A teenager has appeared in court accused of three counts of assault and one each of criminal damage and possessing an offensive weapon after an incident in Wrecclesham in May.
Charles Patrick, 19, of Runwick Lane, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him to the head in Farnham and possessing an offensive weapon, namely a screwdriver, in a public place at Wrecclesham recreation ground.
But he denied damaging a mobile phone and assaulting two women in Farnham.
All five offences are alleged to have taken place on May 30.
The teen attended a hearing at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on July 21 and will next appear at Staines’ Magistrates Court for trial on November 7.
Mr Patrick has been remanded on conditional bail ahead of his trial.
