HEATHFIELD residents objecting to the controversial proposal to build on the Pennsfield site are calling for Petersfield Town Council to be more open about the agreement which they fear may be completed in "an underhand way".

Allan Harper and a large number of residents from Heathfield Road say they want the discussion about the future of the land near their homes to be made more public.
