A MAN has been charged with murder following the death of Alton father Adam Cadman.

Nicholas Fields, 30, of The Lamports, Alton, is accused of murder and robbery and appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

He was remanded in custody and was set to reappear at Winchester Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
