A visit to Marwell Zoo will be egg-stra special this Easter thanks to a host of seasonal activities including a very egg-citing visit from the Easter Bunny.
Marwell’s Det-egg-tive Trail will be running throughout the Easter break, from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 14, for wannabe sleuths to help find the cheeky egg thief.
The colourful trail will be free on the Marwell Zoo App. Paper copies, complete with a Marwell Zoo pencil, will also be available for £2.50.
Help the Easter Bunny work out who the stolen eggs belong to and collect evidence to discover who is the Marwell egg thief.
Enter your answer at the end for a chance to win two adult and three child memberships.
Keep an eye out for hidden golden eggs around the park between March 29 and April 14 and scan the QR code for a chance to win an egg-cellent prize.
There will be garden games, a special Easter tipi photo op, plus candy floss and fresh hot doughnuts on the hall drive.
Little ones can meet the Easter Bunny and receive a special gift in our exclusive bunny den at Marwell Hall from Friday, March 29 until Monday, April 1 (£5 per child, full terms and conditions on the website).
Plus we’re celebrating the return of our super value family tickets, making a trip to the zoo more affordable from March 29, ahead of the Easter break.
For £85 guests will be able to buy a ticket via our website that admits up to five people for a full day of family adventures (Terms and conditions apply, see website for details).
The group must contain a maximum of two adults and a minimum of one child. For example, two adults and three children or one adult and four children.
The offer represents a saving of more than £40 for a family of two adults and three children, representing fantastic value.
Also if you want to relive the magic again and again, we’re throwing a great membership offer into the mix.
If you visit using a five for £85 family ticket and decide to take out membership, we’ll take £15 off an annual pass for each member of your five for £85 group.
You can then visit as many times as you like for a whole year, exploring the 140-acre park, playing in the zoo’s five adventure playgrounds and learning about our fascinating animal residents.
Marwell Zoo is home to hundreds of rare and endangered animals, including red panda, snow leopard, tigers, rhinos and all three species of zebra.
