FOREST School has been declared officially open for youngsters of all ages to enjoy at Bordon Junior School.
Young governors at the school were joined by fellow students for the ribbon cutting event last Friday, February 7.
The site entrance was also Christened by pupils when they threw handmade, biodegradable ‘paper water balloons’ at the Forest School sign.
Forest School leaders, Hannah Corps and Andy Watson, will run the sessions where children will take part in a variety of activities including making fires, den building and hunting for bugs.
Headteacher Chris James said students “learn better outside”.
