REEL has published the listings for its opening week of screenings at Farnham from Friday, February 2.

It is the only cinema in the UK to release listings for blockbusters including Argylle, Migration and Mean Girls so far in advance – and has had to gain special permission from the film companies to do so.

Listings of theatre and opera  are confirmed months in advance. But film releases are typically only listed a week ahead of time.

For this reason, many of the below films and performances will be screened beyond the February 8 date listed.

Seats for all of the below can be booked now at https://reelcinemas.co.uk/farnham (all showing across various screenings between February 2 and 8, unless stated otherwise):

  • Mean Girls (12A)
  • Argylle (12A)
Argylle has a star-studded cast and is directed by Matthew Vaughn, who previously made the Kingsman series

Preview: Migration (animated action comedy, PG)

When a family of ducks, led by an over-cautious father, decides to leave the comfortable safety of New England Pond for a daring and daunting trip to Jamaica; their meticulous plan quickly falling into awry when they are swept up and lost in winds leaving them windswept in raucous city of New York.

The adventure inspires the wary family to fly to new horizons, opening themselves up to new friendships and achieving more than they would have dared.

With a star-studded cast of Awkwafina, Elizabeth Banks, Kumail Najiani, and Danny DeVito it is no surprise the film has a 72 per cent rating on rotten tomatoes. Migration is a fun-loving, easy laughing film perfect for a pick me up with the colder months on the out.
