This year with even more entertainment and activities to offer, the popular Bentley Fete and Flower Show is opening an hour earlier at 1pm on July 20.
The traditional classic car cavalcade through the village to the recreation ground will kick off an afternoon of live music, entertainment, games, eating and drinking.
Bringing their uplifting and energetic blend of music to the afternoon will be locally acclaimed band Brobed Stils, headed by Farnham mayor Cllr Brodie Mauluka.
The central arena activities offer something for everyone - including children’s races, terrier racing and the entertaining wife carrying race.
With the flower show’s colourful range of locally grown flowers and produce, the chance to compete in the dog show, the new addition of a Punch and Judy Show and an exciting range of 40 market stalls, there will be plenty to pack into the afternoon.
And fete goers won’t go hungry, thanks to a barbecue, crepes, Pimm’s and cocktail bars, a beer tent, a teas and cakes pavilion, ice creams and cookies.
All profits will go to local charities and good causes. For more details search Bentley Fete and Flower Show 2024 on Facebook.
