A flower and craft festival charting the journey of King Charles III from his investiture as Prince of Wales in 1969 to his coronation on Saturday was held at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Four Marks last weekend.
The four-day event ran from Friday to Monday, had 80 floral and 30 craft exhibits, and involved every village group – the two pre-schools, the primary school, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, horticultural society, flower arrangers club, church, lunch club, all the local businesses, the village hall committee, walking club, Knitty Stitchy group, beekeepers’ society, WI, men’s putting club, beer festival, village magazine, crafters, artists, sailing club, quilting club, vicar and care home residents.
