A former Farnham schoolgirl has been shortlisted for a National Beauty Award after opening her own salon aged just 20.
Marianna Konstantakis, now 22, began her career in the beauty industry in 2018 after leaving All Hallows School.
She has owned her beauty salon MK BEAUTÉ in Aldershot, since November 2022.
Marianna, who is shortlisted for Best Lash Artist and Best Lash Salon, said: “I couldn’t be more proud to be up for all these awards after only one year and five months.”
The winners will be announced at a red carpet award ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool on May 26.
Marianna said: “I’m so overwhelmed to share that out of thousands of entries, I am one of five other people in the UK who have been shortlisted as a finalist for The National Beauty Awards.
“I’m absolutely over the moon for my little business to be recognised by this prestigious awards ceremony.”
