A TEAM of girls from All Hallows School will travel to Wembley Stadium next month to compete in the final of the npower Football League's girls' under-13s competition.
Having already negotiated their way through Aldershot Town FC's local schools' tournament and then the area finals, the All Hallows girls beat teams from Cardiff, Watford and Gillingham at Reading to earn their place at Wembley.
The girls will now compete in the final against the winners of the northern regional finals, yet to be decided, at Wembley on Sunday, March 25, prior to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final between Chesterfield and Swindon Town.
Around 1,500 schools set out on the road to Wembley competing under the umbrella of all 72 football league clubs.
A spokesman for Aldershot Town said: "All Hallows and their tutor Mr Marker have done a fantastic job flying the flag both for the school and for Aldershot Town FC. So a huge well done!"
