FRENSHAM residents turned out in force last Thursday to support a fundraising walk in aid of much-needed repairs to the Marindin Hall in the village.
Around 70 people of all ages, fuelled by hot breakfast butties and drinks and equipped with maps and quizzes, set off on the route which included the new permissive footpaths at Pierrepont Farm.
Farmer Mike Clear and members of the Countryside Restoration Trust treated the walkers to a tour of the robotic dairy before they headed back, some increasing the three-mile circuit to five miles by circling Frensham Little Pond.
