A pair of Farnham students have called on stallholders to spread some goodwill to South Americans by signing up to a seasonal fundraising event.

Orla Danaher and Hattie Ridler are holding a Christmas Bazaar next weekend in support of a Weydon School humanitarian trip to Peru.

The pair need to raise £4,000 to secure a place on the summer 2025 Camps International mission to help communities in the Andes nation.

Their next fundraising event is the bazaar in the Methodist Church Hall on South Street from 10am to 12.30pm next Saturday, November 9.

But they’re looking for more stallholders to set up shop with good quality second-hand clothes, toys, books and bric-a-brac being offered to Christmas shoppers.

Entry is £3 to include a mince pie, mulled wine and entry into a Christmas Hamper prize draw. If you would like to participate email [email protected] or [email protected]
