THIS year’s Secret Garden Party hosted by Potters Gate Primary School in Farnham, is going to be bigger and better than ever and the school is calling out to the wider community to join in the fun.
Organiser Tris Irvine, one of the Friends of Potters Gate School, said: “As well as the usual fete style games and activities we have The Botanist coming to run a cocktail bar. And there’s a range of live music from local bands including many performers from Weydon School.
“In the Children’s Festival Tent there will be a few workshops run by local artists - clay sculpting and flower headdress weaving, henna tattoos, as well as a number of free activities to make the festival truly family friendly - children’s disco, air guitar competitions, free craft activities, Core Sports activities. Too much to mention!”
The festival takes place on Sunday, May 22, in the school grounds, from 12pm until 3pm.
