PETERSFIELD Town Council's decision to withhold the name of the developer they are in negotiations with for the Pennsfield site has been met with anger by Heathfield and Barnfield residents.

Plans to sell the site to a mystery developer, to build around 80 houses, were approved at a meeting of the town council recently which town mayor Chris Jenner described as "a lottery win" for the people of Petersfield.
