A group with a reputation for breaking the mould will hold an exhibition at Farnham Pottery next weekend.
People who visit the West Street Potters Winter Exhibition will have the chance to see and buy original work.
There will also be a chance to win a piece by the renowned Sudanese-born potter Siddig el Nigoumi who settled in Farnham and taught at the West Surrey College of Art of Design (now UCA).
The mezzanine gallery will be alight with paper-clay lanterns created for the Farnham Lantern Festival, and there will be talks on ceramic techniques and worksheets for children.
West Street Potters was formed as Farnham School of Art just after World War II and includes the renowned ceramics artist and UCA chancellor, Dame Magdalene Odundo, and V&A London exhibitor Duncan Ross among its alumni.
The exhibition will run at the Quennells Hill venue from 10pm to 4pm next Saturday and Sunday.
