THE Mayor of Farnham joined the Museum of Farnham’s Young Archaeologists Club last week for a Tudor-themed session to mark English Tourism Week.

Members of the club, usually limited to children aged eight to 13 but with an exception made for the mayor Mike Hodge, were invited to make Tudor sweets, learn about Tudor costume and have a go at Tudor dancing.

There is fun for all the family at the Museum of Farnham this Easter holidays, with events and activities based around popular children’s books, as well as the much anticipated return of the museum’s Pop-Up Café.
