Farnham local Georgi Welch is on an incredible journey to raise money for cancer.
She is on a 250 mile hike of the South West Coast Path for three weeks, having started at Minehead in Somerset and will be finishing at Cape Cornwall.
The fundraising target is £4,000 and over £3,600 has been raised and Georgi has done over 200 miles in what she describes as “horrendous weather.”
Georgi said: “My husband sadly died of a rare cancer 15 years ago aged just 39 and I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022.
“I am tireless in raising awareness and funds for cancer charities and increasing public understanding.
“I use my social media to highlight early diagnosis, access to treatment and more.”
Georgi is raising money for 4 charities including Prevent Breast Cancer, Radiotherapy UK, Move Against Cancer and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
