A MOTHER who lost her four-year-old son will be running the Bath half-marathon to raise funds for research into paediatric brain tumours.

Lisl Haldenwang, of Hammer Hill, Haslemere, is running in memory of four-year-old Otto, who died five years ago from medullablastoma, an aggressive form of brain tumour.

She is running for charity Christopher's Smile and hoping to raise at least £500.

Christopher's Smile raises money to fund research in paediatric brain tumours and was set up by Karen and Kevin Capel following the death of their son.
