THE owner of a private swimming pool has been exonerated of all blame for the tragic accident which wrecked the life of a Farnham teenager.

Wheelchair-dependent Kylie Grimes has failed in her £6m damages claim against David Hawkins, into whose pool she dived and broke her neck during a teenage party five years ago.
