PUPILS at The Pilgrims' Way Primary School held their annual harvest festival service on Tuesday.

The whole school, together with family and friends, took part in a service of poetry, drama and joyful music, culminating in the donation of food items by the school community.

Donations were gratefully received by Farnham Foodbank, a charity which provides support for disadvantaged families in the Farnham area by providing them with food boxes sufficient to feed a family for a week.

Headteacher Susan Shoveller said: "This was a great celebration of the harvest talents as well as the land."
