An appeal against an enforcement notice to remove two controversial hardcore tracks at Chapel Farm in Oakhanger, has been declared invalid by The Planning Inspectorate.
Brother and sister Patrick and Katherine de Benham-Crosswell have been told that neither of them had the right to appeal because they were not the 'relevant occupier' at the time of lodging the appeal.
