CALA Homes will exhibit detailed plans for its 320-home estate at Coxbridge Farm in West Street, Farnham this month.
The public exhibition will take place on Monday, December 11, from 3pm to 7pm at The Garden Gallery in the Museum of Farnham.
It offers an opportunity for residents to review and provide input on the detailed proposals ahead of CALA Homes submitting a Reserved Matters Application to Waverley Borough Council.
The developer has already secured outline planning permission, establishing the principal of building 320 homes on land north of Coxbridge Farm and the estate's single access into West Street.
Its proposal includes 30 per cent 'affordable' housing. The site is earmarked for housing in the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan community-led planning blueprint, backed at two referendums by the Farnham electorate.

An invitation has been posted to homes in the West Street area, but the public exhibition will be open to all.
