BRIGHTWELL Tennis Club will open its doors on Saturday, May 13, for people to come and try tennis for free, as part of the LTA Great British Tennis Weekend.

The focus this year is on the whole family, from three years to 93 years old, getting involved.

There will be 30-minute coaching sessions at 10.30am, 11am and 11.30am for adults and children to participate in together, followed by ‘free play’ from noon to 2pm when the courts are available for anyone to have a go.

Off court there will be refreshments including cakes, drinks and a barbecue. All equipment will be provided, but participants are asked to wear non-marking trainers and suitable clothing.
