The Rowledge Village Fayre is getting ready for another big year with more than 2,000 people expected to attend.
This year’s Fayre will be held on Sunday, May 26 at the Rowledge Recreation Ground and there is something for everyone with about 50 stalls displaying various crafts and items.
The talented makers selling their art and crafts will be giving you the opportunity to learn how to make jewellery and throw clay.
There will be live music and plenty of food and refreshments for you to enjoy.
A new committee is running this year's Fayre and they are looking to impress with a focus on creativity and sustainability.
The organisers are working with Plastic Free Farnham ‘leaving only lasting memories’.
Organisers are also working with Blue Planet Washing Solutions and Goode Cups and there will be a deposit system in place to ensure the return of reusable cups.
All money raised goes back into the local community with money going towards providing well maintained and accessible defibrillators for residents.
Adults can enjoy a barn dance to socialise and have fun away from children at the Village Hall between 7.30pm to 11.30pm.
The committee at the Rowledge Village Fayre are working hard to add more to a long list of activities and events to make a fun and enjoyable event for all.
The Fayre has been going on for 40 years and was started by Ian Carter who still lives in the village today.
