PATIENTS and families at Phyllis Tuckwell have been getting into the festive spirit, with local schools and music groups visiting to sing carols and play festive music at its Living Well sessions.
Children from St Polycarp’s School and Edgeborough School (pictured) have visited Phyllis Tuckwell over the last few weeks, entertaining patients, carers, staff and volunteers with their beautiful singing and instrumentals, including some old favourites which everyone could join in with.
After their performances, the children chatted to patients and family members, giving out Christmas cards and enjoying biscuits and squash.
Fleet Recorder Ensemble have also visited the hospice to play to the patients there, and last Friday the Bourne Singers brought more festive cheer with their beautiful singing.
