Fears that a hardcore farm track at Chapel Farm, Oakhanger, has been laid to enable Selborne Brickworks to become a landfill site has been expressed by the district council at a planning enquiry.

Brother and sister Patrick and Katherine de Benham-Crosswell are appealing against an enforcement notice issued by East Hampshire District Council to remove the tracks, because they say that they are simply making repairs.
