A Guildford man has been banned from entering Farnham town centre after allegedly making threats to kill.
The 32-year-old was recently handed a Community Protection Notice (CPN) after police investigated reports of a disturbance on South Street on October 4.
The man was later released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
The CPN also forbids the man from entering any shop or business in Surrey without the means to pay for goods or services, with a further restriction on drinking and being in possession of alcohol in Guildford town centre.
The same man was also arrested on Thursday, October 10, on suspicion of indecent exposure at a bus stop in South Street.
The Farnham Neighbourhood policing team is working with Waverley Borough Council to address the issue of rough sleeping in the bus stop and are engaging with users, where possible, to find a long-term solution.
