A South Farnham store had its entire stock of cigarettes stolen during an early morning break-in.
Police were called to the Co-operative Food store on the A325 Wrecclesham Road on Monday morning (March 31) following reports of a commercial burglary.
Three people were involved with the culprits making off with the massive haul after breaking one of the front windows to gain access.
“The incident is believed to have taken place at around 1am and involved three suspects smashing the window and stealing all the stores’s cigarettes,” said a spokesperson for Surrey Police.
Enquiries to establish the circumstances are ongoing but police are keen to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have seen anything suspicious around the time and area.
