Having won the right to represent Farnham District at the Surrey Netball County Finals, Weydon School’s Year 9 and 10 teams headed to the competition at Surrey Sports Park.

The Year 9 team, in a fantastic display of netball, went unbeaten on the day and were crowned County Champions. Year 10 also came away with a podium finish, placing third.

Lucy Harper, head of PE, said the school is “so proud” of its netball teams.
