Surrey Hills Summer Spectacular is back to celebrate the start of English Wine Week.

It will run on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday June 16 with different vineyards holding their own events and tastings. This year’s line up includes:

Albury Organic Vineyard, Albury

Albury’s wine festival on Saturday, will feature vineyard tours, a wildlife walk, wine tasting and masterclasses with an English wine expert. You will be able to indulge in local artisan food and sample wines from all of the Surrey Hills Vineyards (SHV). Albury will also be open on Sunday for walk-in visitors.

Chilworth Manor Vineyard, Guildford

The Manor recently launched its Watch House Tasting Barn and on Saturday, it will host tours and tasting events. You can expect to get a taste of the manor’s premium quality English sparkling and still rosé wines. While enjoying some music, delicious street food and ice cream with children and dogs allowed.

Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking

The Estate will feature a wine train adventure around the vineyard and tastings from all of the SHV. For Father’s Day there will be pizza, wine and beer on the lawn in front of the visitor centre and singer and songwriter Luke Edney will perform.

Greyfriars Vineyard, Puttenham

Only 14 minutes from Farnham, there will be mini-tours and a SHV wine tasting, a bees talk with Hiver and a food truck and jazz band.

High Clandon Estate Vineyard, Guildford

You will have the opportunity to preview the ‘Art & Sculptures in the Vineyard’ taking place in July. There is a new single vintage sparkling wine and this year it will be Gloriana Cuvée. On Saturday, TV personality Joe Wadsack, will host a Surrey Hills sparkling wines versus marque Champagne event.
