A woman in her 40s has been charged with outraging public decency following an incident in Farnham.
The incident occurred on South Street on Monday, August 12. She was bailed and is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 22.
A man has also been arrested for outraging public decency and the police investigation is ongoing.
Videos are circulating on social media and Surrey Police has asked that people do not share the footage and call them on 101 if they have any more information.
Monday’s event is another incident in a spate of antisocial behaviour in the town. Residents will be glad to hear that a bigger police presence will be in place to try and prevent future incidents.
MP Gregory Stafford has received assurance that more officers have been deployed to Farnham, that include two dedicated neighbourhood officers and two PCSOs for the area.
