SHEET could have its own millennium wood despite local opposition if Petersfield Town Council accepts a proposal from a working party.

The Sheet Millennium Wood Committee, consisting of representatives from the town council, the village and interested parties, will recommend that the woodland area is constructed to celebrate the new century.
