We are seeking individuals to join our Board of Governors to support us in achieving our vision of creating a world where physically disabled young people take control of their lives and achieve their aspirations.

Treloar's is a charity which runs one of the UK's largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn.

Our key strength lies in our holistic, multi-disciplinary approach, which encompasses education, residential and pastoral care, therapy, medical support and independence training to deliver the best specialist education. So, it demands and deserves the very best in governance and leadership from people who share the values and ethos described further in our application pack.

The Governing Body seeks a diverse range of skills and experiences, particularly in social care, SEN, and clinical expertise, while also valuing leadership, management, and quality improvement experience. We welcome individuals from a variety of different backgrounds and lived experience with disability.
