Frensham Bowls Club have held a successful presentation evening.

The evening was opened with a welcome from club president Dennis Ling, who thanked everyone for attending and those who had been involved in setting up the venue and preparing dinner.

The trophy winners were announced by 2024 president Chris Bonner, and the trophies were presented by his wife Jenny.

Les Trusler and Chris Bonner won the Joynson Pairs Cup (Club Pairs). Ray Fulford and Roger Pearce were runners-up.

Bert Pharo was awarded the Abbott Cup (Club Champion). Chris Bonner was runner-up.

The Ladies Champion Trophy was won by Sheila Haytree. Ann Pitman was runner-up.

The Anniversary Cup was won by Bert Pharo. Roger Pearce was runner-up.

The Lloyd Cup for novices was won by Eddie Divall. Ray Bullen was runner-up.

The Mileham Shield (Mixed Pairs) was awarded to Bert Pharo and Sheila Haytree. Eddie Divall and Wendy Edwards were runners-up.

Bert Pharo won the Rose Bowl (Handicap Singles). Ken Danson was runner-up.

The Moffatt Cup was awarded to Bert Pharo. Chris Bonner was runner-up.

The Bob Glaysher Cup was won by Rosemary Wharton. Sheila Haytree was runner-up.

The Badger Cup (Men’s Champion) went to Chris Bonner. Eddie Divall was runner-up.

The Norman Cook Cup for ladies was won by Pat Pearce. Sheila Haytree was runner-up.

The Lintott Cup went to Ray Fulford. Sue Haw was runner-up.

The Frensham Trophy (Robin Dibdin Shield) was won by Ray Bridger, Jon Pitman, Ken Danson and Glennis Etherington.

The Fruit Bowl Challenge was won by Heather Warner, Eddie Divall and Stuart Wilson.

Ling announced the final award of the evening which was for the Bill Charles Trophy voted for by the club members, which went to Chris Bonner.

The evening finished with a raffle which was run by Heather Warner, Jo Divall and Jon Pitman.
