DACD batted first. Despite Bob Wheeler (three for 35) and Ben Cox (three for 36) they scored 194 for nine in 40 overs.

Dan Frostick made 22 and Ollie Sedgwick 23 not out, but Colin Lord and Meredydd Hughes took three wickets each as Clanfield made 119.
