The UK Armed Forces men's and women's football teams will face the German Bundeswehr at Aldershot Town's EBB Stadium today (Thursday).

The women's game kicks off at 2pm and the men's game kicks off at 7.15pm. Entry is free.

The UK Armed Forces men's and women's football team are made up of the best footballers in all three of the armed forces. They come together to prepare for and play international fixtures – culminating in the UEFA-recognised competition, and the oldest recorded FIFA competition, the Kentish Cup.

The Kentish Cup is between the French, Dutch and UK armed forces and will take place this year in the south of France in December.
