A new course record was set this year by James Baker from Chichester Runners and Athletic Club, who finished in first place in a superb time of 57.31.

Zared Arasaretnam-Hale from Brighton & Hove Athletic Club finished in second place in a time of 58.02 and Charlie Pickett from Guildford & Godalming Athletic Club finished third in a time of 1:00.08.
