Alton teenager Noah Wolfe re-wrote the karting history books when he was crowned the youngest ever KZ2 Motorsport UK ‘O’ Plate Champion winner.

The 15 year-old who is benefitting from support from VAR by Birel in his quest for honours this year, captured the title at Shenington Kart Racing Club in Oxfordshire with additional support from Jade Racing.

Wolfe won heat three and then the final by more than 3.5 seconds from tenth on the grid in races attracting a field of 28 karters from around the country.

KZ2 is the pinnacle of karting with the karts hitting speeds of 90 miles per hour and Wolfe won the title in only his third race in the KZ2.

The highly-talented karter has been making waves on the racing scene with impressive performances at national and international levels.

Wolfe became the first person to achieve the British KartMasters double in cadets, winning IAME and Honda cadet KartMasters GP Championships, aged 11.

Last year saw him become one of the youngest ever Senior X30 British Championship round winners and now he is the youngest ever KZ2 Motorsport UK ‘O’ Plate Champion winner.

Wolfe takes his collection to five British titles, 26 race wins and podiums, finishing on the podium in four out of eight British Senior X30 Championships Finals last year. He also finished second on track in the IAME World Senior X30 Finals in Spain.

Wolfe now turns his attention back to racing at the highest level of karting in the direct drive OK class and KZ2 class in the Champions of the Future Championships and FIA European Championships for the remainder of 2025.
