Two Greek friends have opened their ‘dream’ creperie in Farnham, providing freshly-prepared sweet and savoury crepes as well as home-made pastries, cakes, coffees, teas and smoothies.
Nina and Koula, who first met in Rhodes, opened B’elicious in South Street to customers on September 1 and say they have had an "amazing response" from the people of Farnham.
They started their catering business together three years ago by serving food and coffee from a converted horse trailer, mobile food van B’elicious, but have dreamed of opening a creperie together.
B’elicious serves sweet crepes such as Dark Romance (dark chocolate, coconut flakes and sour cherry jam) as well as simple lemon and sugar crepes starting at £5.
Savoury crepes ranging from a Traditional Greek (roasted chicken, tomatoes, tzatziki, fresh onions and oregano) to ham and cheese are also on the menu. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are all available.
The shop opens at 9am, closes at 7pm, and also serves home-made cakes and both traditional breakfast pastries and Greek pastries.
Tony and Claire, from Castle Street, Farnham, were first-time customers of the creperie and said: “The coffee is very nice and the crepe was excellent. It’s good. There are lots of nice independent shops opening in Farnham.”
