Staff at a law firm in Farnham have proved where there’s a will, there’s a way for helping charity.

Clifton Ingram LIP has raised nearly £100,000 over the last 16 years for good causes locally and further afield by taking part in the annual Will Aid campaign.

Staff at the Union Road firm volunteer their time to compose wills and invite clients to make a donation instead of a payment.

The money raised is donated between the different partner charities, who work for many different causes in the UK and worldwide.

Peter McGeown, Co-Head of Wills & Inheritance, said: “It’s a brilliant feeling to know that such well-deserving charities will benefit, helping people who are facing challenging times.”

The suggested donation is £100 per will but to meet the continued demand each year, Will Aid needs more solicitors to help.
