An award-winning farm and attraction in the Rother Valley is in the mood to party after tasting yet more success – and everyone’s invited with a festival taking place this weekend.

The accolades keep coming for Sky Park Farm as they’ve followed up their Small Farm Shop of the Year title with five Great Taste awards, adding to the four won last year.

The butchery counter showed their cutting edge in the prestigious food accreditation scheme as their honey roast ham and smoked venison loin fillet both received two stars.

Their venison biltong, venison sausage and hot smoked trout received a star apiece to cement the farm’s place in the West Sussex food hall of greatness.

There’s more for visitors to savour this Saturday as the Sky Fest Summer Festival & Tractor Parade is the latest treat on the farm’s growing calendar of events.

The latter event, involving a cavalcade of modern and vintage tractors, is fast becoming an annual highlight while a collection of cars onsite will continue the mechanical theme.

The programme also includes funfair rides, juggling lessons, football darts, circus skills and total wipeout in a day that offers something for all the family.

There will also be live music from 5pm with the fun beginning at 10am. Entry is £12 and £6 for non-members and half price for members while under 3s get in free.
