Things are clicking into place as an e-commerce agency is launching a graduate training programme in Farnham.

Unicorn Orange hopes its dynamic two-year graduate training programme will nurture local talent and create career openings in the burgeoning e-commerce industry.

The firm relocated its headquarters from London to Farnham last year citing its vibrant community, excellent transport links and talented pool of graduates and young professionals in and around the south western Surrey town.

They’re now keen on investing in the town’s infrastructure and local economy by “fostering the next generation of professionals” in account management and display advertising.

Their “exciting” and “innovative” programme is tailored to fast-track graduates into senior roles while equipping them with industry-recognised qualifications, including the prestigious Chartered Marketeer certification.

Participants will also get hands-on experience managing real clients, analysing data and developing innovative strategies.

“We’re excited to bring our graduate scheme to Farnham,” said Ed Sweet, co-founder of Unicorn Orange.

He added: “By recruiting locally, we aim to build strong ties with the community while empowering young professionals with the tools and training they need to excel in the fast evolving e-commerce landscape.”

The firm is seeking graduates who are “innovative, data-driven and passionate” about working with small and medium enterprises to achieve big results.

Applications for the Unicorn Orange graduate programme are now open with two intakes planned for March and July.
