NHS directors came under fire this week with claims that the new model of care at Bordon's Chase Community Hospital "isn't working".

It follows the closure of the ward last year.

Healthcare professionals fielded questions from councillors and the public at the Whitehill and Bordon Community Forum at Lindford village hall on Tuesday.

On the panel was GP Dr Anthony Leung, from the Badgerswood and Forest surgeries, who said the picture on the ground "wasn't rosy", highlighting examples of the NHS' new local model - which had been heralded an improvement - failing.
